Welcome to the East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) Online Application Portal.

This portal is for all students, whether in an adult program or in a high school program.

EVIT offers programs at the high school and also at the adult-only level. Program selections differ, with certain programs being available only to the adult-only population. Some programs are offered at both the secondary and post-secondary levels, and some programs have minimum or maximum age restrictions.

Adult students will need to provide slightly different documentation during the enrollment process than the high school students. Adult-only programs, and also programs adults may be interested in at the high school level, will be tuition-based. Certain programs are eligible for financial aid or federal loans, in addition to students paying tuition through other means. The schedule for adult-only programs varies by program, as does the tuition for each program. Our financial aid team is available to answer questions you have about the tuition payment process.

Students at the secondary (high school) level must be enrolled in a public, private or charter school, or must provide evidence of being a home-schooled student. Confirmation of high school status must be provided at the time the application is submitted. Students are highly encouraged to work with their home school counselors to ensure the student’s schedule can be adjusted to accommodate attending classes at EVIT. High school students attend for half day, either in the morning or in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. Every high school applicant needs to be sure your parent/guardian is aware that you are submitting this application.

High school students who reside within the EVIT District Boundary are able to attend tuition-free. Students who reside outside the EVIT District Boundary may or may not be able to attend tuition-free. Each program does have its own class fees associated with it, which is a separate cost from any tuition cost, and is applicable to all students. You are encouraged to review the program details for every program you are interested in.
